1. 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- In its original packaging.
- With all original tags and labels attached.
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for return or may be subject to a restocking fee.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, magazines).
- Intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids/gases.
- Customized or personalized items.
- Sale items (unless defective).

3. How to Initiate a Return

- The item(s) you wish to return.

4. Shipping Returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund, depending on the reason for the return.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items of value, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
5. Refunds

Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] and we will guide you through the process.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
